Currently Rhapsody Percussion offers four accessories. The best-selling Stay-Put Timpani Mute, the Bass Drum Stay-Put Mute, the Guatemala Malletote and the Rhapsody Percussion Stick Bag .
Mutes
Rhapsody Percussion offers two variations on our best selling Stay-Put Mutes: Timpani and Bass Drum Mutes. Both offer ease of use and functionality allowing the percussionist to concentrate on making music rather than their equipment.
Stay Put Timpani Mutes (pair)
The Stay-Put Timpani Mute is a uniquely-designed timpani mute that will not creep; even when the drum is played fortissimo for an extended period of time. Yet it can be quickly removed and the degree of muffling and placement of the timpani mute can be infinitely adjusted.
The Stay-Put Timpani Mute also works well on a tom-tom, tenor drum, field drum, snare drum, or any upright drum you feel may need muffling.

Rhapsody Percussion offers two distinct Mallet Bag options. We have the traditional black mallet bag made for durability and also have the stylish Guatemala Malletote made out of washable, woven materials from Guatemala.

It has 3 main pockets for mallets, 2 small pockets for tuning keys and a 3rd pocket for flat objects on the inside. On the outside of bag is one more larger pocket. The stick bag features clips so you can attach it to your drum or mallet instrumet and heavy duty handles and carrying straps. The entire bag is completly closed with a large zipper that extends the entire length of the bag. Closed Dimentions are 19″ x 9″. Open Dimentions are 19″ x 17″.
Guatemalan Malletote
The Guatemalan Malletote is hand-made by indigenous Guatemalan artisans living in remote villages. The fabric is made on small hand looms and stitching is done on sewing machines powered by a foot treadle.
The fabric of each malletote contains a variety of patterns. Each patch is a native pattern distincitve of a particular group, village or locale. Since the loomers constantly change the mix of patterns as they make the fabric, no two Malletotes are alike. Each is unique.
